







Our journey begins with a fascination for the roman forno: ovens in the eternal city of Rome where dough is treated like a living thing simple, natural, and perfected through time. Inspired by this tradition, our founder travelled, studied, and mastered the art of Roman-style dough: high-hydration, slow‐fermented, gently stretched and baked to golden crispness. From that spark of inspiration, Pizza Cantina was born.
I recognize the following statement is bold, but the Diavola Pizza is the best Diavola I have ever had. The chef makes his own hot honey and it’s the perfect amount of spicy. Place looks cool, service was fast and good. This place is new and visit before it goes viral. This pizza place is now top on my list. Tiramisù and coffee is great too. I will go back to try more things in the menu.
What an absolute incredible pizza I had. Capriciosa pizza was cooked perfectly .. perfect crust , perfect ratio ingredients…. Matched with the voice of a tenor, couldn’t have asked for a better experience
The pizza here was unreal, honestly as good as what I had in Italy this summer! I got the Diavola Stinger, which was topped with a homemade hot honey that was perfectly spicy and sweet. We also had the cup and char pepperoni which was super crispy, topped with basil leaves and freshly grated parmesan. Definitely coming back for more 👌🏻 thank you Marco and team!
Hands down one of the best pizzas ive ever had. Excellent prices, amd friendly staff. I am definitely going back.
